Sri Chinmoy Meditation Centre

The Sri Chinmoy Centre offers free citywide, weeknight and weekend ‘Learn Meditation’ courses as a community service. These range from introductory to advanced levels and cover a wide canvas of techniques to help you find your own specific best method.
We also cover related topics such as vegetarian nutrition and fitness regimes, to upgrade one’s general health in support of the effort to still the mind. We also offer company free courses – ‘An Hour of Peace’ – to introduce meditation into the workplace.
