You were born rich

It's your birthright to be rich and abundantly living every moment of your life. You have deep reservoirs of talent and ability that, for the most part, only scratch the surface. Your spiritual DNA is perfect. It requires no modification or improvement. It is all-knowing, all-powerful, ever-present, and it is the expression of the real you.
Where are you in your life right now? Are you living a prosperous, abundant life? Are you pursuing a goal that's worthy of you? In this session, Bob Proctor will delve into why we behave as we do and why we don't do the things that will bring us the results we desire.
Bob will explore the power of paradigms: what they are, how they're formed, and how they affect every aspect of your life - from your weight, your relationships, to the amount of money you earn. He will give you the mental tools to start creating your own abundant and prosperous life.

May I Be Frank? One man’s transformational journey

Frank Ferrante says transformation is not only possible in your life, it is imperative. The star of the award-winning documentary 'May I Be Frank' believes that like any fine art, living well requires practice. There are no magic bullets. Bullets, magic or otherwise, are designed to kill you.
Frank knows better than most the transformative and redemptive power of eating intelligently and exercising, but says it's just as important to nourish the mind and spirit. Looking good in the mirror means little if you're looking through the eyes of a troubled mind or empty heart.
To fully experience life, your mind, body, and spirit should be in harmonious alignment. How we feed our minds and treat our hearts is as important as what we put in our stomachs. Join Frank Ferrante for illuminating conversation and the opportunity to start fully participating in your own life.

Managing appetite to lose weight and keep it off

If losing weight were a simple matter of eating less and moving more, we would all easily reach our ideal weight and stay there. But we struggle to eat less and when we exercise, our appetite increases. We may lose weight initially but we struggle to maintain that weight loss.
Our bodies are complex biological systems, not just food-burning engines. Each food group triggers the release of different hormones, all of which regulate our appetite in different ways. In this talk, Julianne examines how the food you eat and lifestyle factors affect hormones that control appetite, cravings, blood sugar, fat loss, and weight gain. She'll outline clinically proven ways to eat and live so you can manage your appetite, increase energy, lose body fat, and keep it off. These guidelines have helped hundreds of her clients lose weight, and more importantly, reverse numerous health complaints.

It provides a simple but systematic pathway to health that is focused on achieving balance at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Owning your health – the ultimate gift

Robin Kelly, multi-award-winning author, TEDx presenter, musician, and family doctor for over 30 years, shows how each of us can create a truly healthy environment for ourselves and our family, thereby taking full control and ownership of our lives and our health. It is becoming clear that to achieve optimum health we need to do more than eat sensibly, exercise, and rest. Learning to live in the moment, being compassionate to ourselves and to others, engaging in our creative passions, and challenging outdated beliefs are now seen as vital components of a happy, healthy life.

Science is now showing that by living this way, and by raising our children with these goals in mind, genes for chronic mental and physical illnesses such as diabetes and cancer are less likely to express themselves in later life. It is the ultimate gift for ourselves and our families.
