‘Paleo’ is short for ‘Paleolithic’ and is based on the idea that our genetic makeup has changed little since the paleolithic era so our ideal diet is the one we were eating way back then. Julianne believes in eating foods that support our health and wellbeing – and help ward off disease.
As well as working with clients one-on-one, Julianne holds regular seminars, has written a nutrition paleo guidebook for New Zealanders, and maintains a popular blog that attracts more than 40,000 page views per month.
